Refund Policy
If, for any reason, you wish to request a refund for the EcoBroker Certified^®/Ecosociate^®  designation, please note that BOTH of the following conditions must be met for your refund request to be considered:

1. Refund is requested within 1-30 days of the purchase date. Refund requests later than 30 days of the purchase date will NOT be accepted.
2. You have submitted less than five assignments. If you have submitted five or more assignments, your refund request will NOT be accepted.

Approved Refunds will be in the amount originally paid less a $25 administrative processing fee.

To request a refund, contact Membership Services at customerservice@ecobroker.com or 303-674-7770. Please provide your name and reason for refund. Your refund will be credited to your original form of payment.

The information in this refund policy supersedes any verbal or other written information that anyone may receive regarding this policy.

Need additional study time?
Course extension credits are available for purchase if you need additional study time beyond your student expiration date. You may purchase additional time in 30 day blocks for $20 each. Contact EcoBroker Membership Services at 303-674-7770 or customerservice@ecobroker.com to purchase additional time.
