As a certified EcoBroker® and Realtor® based in Southern California, I am trained to recognize and reduce the environmental impact and increase the overall health and comfort of a home in issues such as energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and Green Home design and options.
Educating home buyers about Green Building concepts, such as the different Green Building Certification programs, healthy and environmentally friendly products and design, and overall energy-efficiency is my job. This gives me the opportunity to share my knowledge, resources and options with my clients which will lead to a healthier, and more sustainable lifestyle.
The key is to educate the community, once we share the knowledge, the Green choice is obvious.
I assist Builders, Sellers (and Buyers) by marketing their homes and promoting homes with Green Features and Energy-Efficient design. Green features sets homes apart from the competition by focusing on the value, health benefits, energy efficiency and lower monthly utility bills.
As a trained expert in marketing Green Building and Homes I will showcase the reduced environmental impact, health benefits and built-in savings of a Green Built home. Let me use my expertise to help you market these features to the community.
