Not only do I sell houses, I know them from the inside out! In addition to being a Realtor, I’ve also been a Licensed General Contractor in the State of California for over 25 years. I am the owner of a construction services company specializing in high-end residential remodeling and custom home building. As a result, when looking at homes with prospective buyers, I am able to view the homes from a contractor’s point of view and make assessments as to the condition of the homes we see. I can also make recommendations on home improvements and remodeling ideas. When working with prospective sellers, I can accurately assess what needs to be done to a home prior to marketing to ensure that the home sells quickly and for top dollar. I can also suggest ways to enhance the value of the home and very likely can save you money at the same time!
I’m a husband and proud father of four adult childern and 1 grandson. I understand family issues. I’ve enjoyed living in the Bay Area for my entire life and I’m here for several reasons. I enjoy the moderate climate, gorgeous scenery and an abundance of recreational activities just to name a few. I know the Bay Area well and I love living here!
Excited about environmental issues and conserving our natural resources I completed my designation for EcoBroker in 2008. The idea of lowering energy cost, building green homes and communities while providing the consumer with valuable information is key to doing our part in the real estate profession. I think we need to stand out and make a positive difference in our communities and clients lives.
