As a resident of Kauai since 1983, Mr. Kyno has 25 years of real estate experience. He specializes in the sale of high-end homes, large tracts of land and commercial development properties. He maintains an extensive network of investors, developer partners and buyers both in Hawaii and on the mainland. Mr. Kyno has devised and executed marketing programs that have sold out all of his previous projects, some within days of opening to the market. He has consistently been named one of the top five producing real estate agents on Kauai with sales ranging from $25 to $50 million each year. He was the number one producing realtor in Kauai in 2008 and 2006. As a realtor with Sotheby’s International Realty he has access to over 10,700 sales associates located in more than 500 offices in the United States and 40 countries and territories. In addition to referral opportunities and widened exposure generated from these sources, he benefits from an association with Sotheby’s auction house and exclusive worldwide Sotheby’s International Realty marketing programs. Mr. Kyno received his EcoBroker Certified designation in 2009. Mr. Kyno has an exclusive marketing relationship with Terra Pacific Homes, who specializes in sustainable communities and green homes. Terra Pacific Homes is currently building the first Leed Platinum Certified Residence on the Island of Kauai. There are only 3 Leed Platinum Residences in the State of Hawaii. |
