EcoBroker is the program designed to
help communities, across the United States and internationally, take advantage
of and encourage energy efficiency and sustainable design in real estate
properties. Through EcoBroker
educational courses, real estate professionals acquire the knowledge and
resources to become Certified EcoBrokers(R) and assist clients in their pursuit of properties
with green features and marketing of properties with green
features. The
Company serves real estate professionals, vendors, and the community by
carrying out its mission to improve the quality of buildings, while reducing
their impact on our natural resources and environment.
Real estate, energy, environmental, educational, marketing, and
information technology specialists comprise the core of the
EcoBroker Team. Customer service is our highest priority, so we
welcome your input. Our Founders have extensive experience in
green buildings and sustainable products, real estate, indoor
air quality, energy efficiency, environmental liabilities,
financing, environmental certification, and education. We look

EcoBroker is a Built Green Educational Partner.
Built Green is a voluntary program that encourages
homebuilders to use technologies, products, and
practices that provide greater energy efficiency and
reduce pollution, provide healthier indoor air, reduce
water usage, preserve natural resources, and improve
durability and reduce maintenance. With over 100 builder
members and over 25,000 Built Green homes, the program
is one of the most successful green building programs in
the nation. Together with EcoBroker, they are helping
the real estate industry sell "better-built better!" Built
Green recently wrote an
article for Home Builder Magazine that explores the
key role of the real estate agent in communicating the
green features of homes to buyer and sellers. |
