Green Real Estate 2008 Home Page

1. Application and Eligibility. Application for Exhibiting and/or Sponsorship must be made on the printed form provided by EcoBroker International, Inc. (hereinafter, EcoBroker), contain the information requested and be executed by an individual who has the authority to act for the applicant company. EcoBroker reserves the right to decline any application for any reason. EcoBroker reserves the right to limit the number of producers or suppliers of any one type of good or service.

2. Payment. Exhibitor Space and/or Sponsorship will not be assigned or guaranteed until EcoBroker has received 100% of the total fee with a signed contract. Credit cards will only be accepted if this is the actual form of payment. They will not be accepted for reservation purposes only. Reservations will not be accepted without payment. 

3. Cancellation of Exhibitor Space and/or Sponsorship – LIQUIDATED DAMAGES. In the event that Exhibitor/Sponsor notifies EcoBroker of Exhibitor's/Sponsor’s intent to cancel the contract after acceptance but prior to May 1, 2008, EcoBroker shall be entitled to retain 20% of the full Exhibitor/Sponsor price as liquidated damages. If EcoBroker receives such notice after May 1, 2008, EcoBroker reserves the right to retain 50% of the Exhibitor/Sponsor price as liquidated damages, and not as a penalty, and to resell or reassign the Exhibitor/Sponsorship opportunity.
